Today I swtiched to SuddenLink phone (see previous blog). The technician was a nice fellow who said he was from Cleveland. I asked what he was doing here? He said there was too much work to handle locally. I then asked him how many phone switches he was doing? He said he had eight today and had that many each day. Sounds like land lines are going dark.
